As part of Cultural Diversity Week (19-27 March), Mercy Health recently celebrated Harmony Day. Harmony Day is a day for all Australians to celebrate the cultures, practices and faiths that make us unique. At Mercy Health, we believe these differences add to the richness of our communities and give all Australians a deeper insight into the world around us.

The continuing message of Harmony Day is that “everyone belongs”. Mercy Health promotes this message by fostering an environment of respect, acceptance and inclusiveness in our everyday practices. Just as people of all cultures are welcome in Australia, so people from all backgrounds are welcome in the Mercy Health community.
